Camellya + Sanhua Enable vs Camellya Solo: Why the Concerto Buffer Matters 2026
Camellya's kit spends Crimson petals on empowered Heavy Attacks, and her loop is tight — she wants to swap in, blow her combo, and swap out. Sanhua builds Concerto almost instantly and grants a huge Heavy Attack / Glacio buff via Outro, which lets Camellya hit near-ceiling damage. Without Sanhua, Camellya's Concerto is sluggish and her combo windows are weaker.
Camellya + Sanhua vs Camellya Solo / No Enabler
Camellya + Sanhua
Team: Camellya + Sanhua + Shorekeeper / Verina
Sanhua spams Skills to fill Concerto, Outros with the Heavy-Attack / Glacio buff, then Camellya swaps in, spends petals on Heavy Attacks + Liberation, and swaps out. The loop is fast and Camellya's damage is near-max.
Pros:
- Near-ceiling Camellya damage on a free team
- Tight, repeatable quickswap loop
- Sanhua is a free 4★, so the enable costs nothing
Cons:
- Requires building Sanhua (a free unit)
- Camellya barely stays on-field
Rotation: Sanhua Skills -> Concerto -> Outro buff -> Camellya Intro -> petal Heavy Attacks -> Liberation -> swap
Camellya Solo / No Enabler
Team: Camellya + two non-buffer units
Without a fast-Concerto enabler, Camellya has to build her own Concerto, so her combo windows are slower and the Heavy-Attack buff is missing. She still deals damage but well below ceiling.
Pros:
- Flexible team slots in theory
Cons:
- Large damage loss from missing the Heavy-Attack buff
- Sluggish Concerto makes the loop slow
- Wastes her easiest-enable advantage
Rotation: Generic Camellya rotation, slower Concerto
Verdict
Always pair Camellya with Sanhua (or another fast-Concerto / Heavy-Attack buffer). The free Sanhua enable is the single biggest damage multiplier for Camellya and is what makes her the new-player favorite.
