Shorekeeper Team Buff vs No Support: The ATK / CRIT Multiplier 2026
Shorekeeper's Liberation heals the team and her Outro + buffs raise the whole team's ATK and CRIT Rate, effectively multiplying every carry's damage. For hypercarry units like Jinhsi and Camellya, this roughly equals a large, team-wide damage boost and lets them act more often via Concerto. Without any support, the same carry simply deals un-buffed damage and is less safe.
With Shorekeeper (Support) vs No Support
With Shorekeeper (Support)
Team: Carry + Shorekeeper + flex
Shorekeeper builds Concerto, uses her Liberation to heal, then Outros with the ATK / CRIT buff; the carry swaps in and deals buffed, safer damage.
Pros:
- Multiplies the whole team's damage
- CRIT buff improves every hit
- Healing improves survivability and uptime
Cons:
- Shorekeeper needs Energy Regen investment
- One slot is 'spent' on support
Rotation: Shorekeeper Concerto -> Liberation heal -> Outro buff -> carry buffed turn
No Support
Team: Carry + two damage units
The carry acts on its normal cadence with no buff — fewer, un-buffed turns per cycle and no healing safety net.
Pros:
- More team flexibility (extra DPS slot)
Cons:
- Far less total team damage for hypercarries
- No CRIT multiplier
- Lower survivability in long fights
Rotation: Generic carry rotation, no buff
Verdict
For hypercarry teams, Shorekeeper's team ATK / CRIT buff almost always beats a third DPS. The multiplier is the foundation of Wuthering Waves' best teams, just like action-advance supports in other games.
