Concerto & Outro Explained: Wuthering Waves Swap System 2026

Concerto is the energy your Resonators build by acting; when it fills, swapping out triggers an Outro Skill that buffs the next Resonator. Mastering Concerto / Outro quick-swaps is the single biggest damage multiplier in Wuthering Waves and the foundation of every strong 2026 team.

What is Concerto

Every Resonator builds Concerto by dealing damage, using Skills, and dodging. When the Concerto bar is full, a swap triggers an Outro Skill that hands a buff (ATK, Attribute DMG, Heavy-Attack DMG) to the incoming Resonator. Supports like Sanhua fill it almost instantly.

Outro Buffs

Moonlit Clouds gives the next Resonator +22.5% ATK after Outro; Sanhua adds a Heavy-Attack / Glacio buff; Zhezhi adds a Glacio / coordinated-attack buff. Time the Outro right before your carry's burst window.

Quick-Swap Rotations

A standard 2026 rotation is: support builds Concerto -> Outro buff -> carry swaps in and dumps its combo -> swap out -> repeat. Quickswap units (Camellya, Changli) barely stay on-field, which is why fast-Concerto enablers are so valuable.
