Rover Forms Guide 2026 — Spectro, Havoc & Aero Builds

Rover is the free protagonist of Wuthering Waves and unlocks Spectro, Havoc, and Aero forms through the story. Each form is a flexible carry or enabler. This 2026 guide covers how to unlock the forms, which to build first, and the best echoes and teams for each.

How to Unlock Forms

The Spectro form is available from the start. The Havoc form unlocks during Chapter 2, and the Aero form unlocks later in the main story (Rinascita arc). Each form shares the same Sword and can be leveled independently.

Which Form to Build

Build Spectro first — it is the strongest free option and fits the free starter team with Sanhua and Baizhi. Havoc is a fine free alternative to Camellya; Aero is a flexible free enabler for Jiyan / Cartethyia.

Spectro Rover: Celestial Light + Fallacy of No Return, CRIT / Spectro DMG. Havoc Rover: Sun-sinking Eclipse + Crownless. Aero Rover: Sierra Gale / Windward Pilgrimage + Feilian Beringal. All run Rover's signature Sword or Commando of Conviction.
